Chef Keith prepared a unique five course dinner to showcase the Bordeaux region of Pomerol. The first course was a wonderful roasted tomato and mussel soup acconpmaied with The white wine is Château Recougne 2000. Two wines from Pomerol have been selected -- Domaine de L’Eglise 1995 and Château De Sales 1989.
