Medallions of pan seared sesame crusted Chilean sea bass on a bed
of wilted tatsoi greens with birds eye chili and ginger glaze with wonton crisps.

Alderwood smoked double vension chop with maple berry compote, multigrain
bread dumpling and oven roasted vegetables.

Fresh fig and Gorgonzola briche tart with peppered fig syrup.

Hazelnut Belgium Chocolate and Banana Soup. Dark rum soaked
raisins in a decadent chocolate and hazel nut soup. Vanilla bean meringue with a banana custard beinet.
