Special thanks to Sarah Newman of Select Wines who conducted the tasting of the renowned wines of Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1997 & 1998, Chateau Clerc Milon 1997 and Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild 1997.

Dinner Menu


Medallions of pan seared sesame crusted Chilean sea bass on a bed of wilted tatsoi greens with birds eye chili and ginger glaze with wonton crisps.

Alderwood smoked double vension chop with maple berry compote, multigrain bread dumpling and oven roasted vegetables.

Hazelnut Belgium Chocolate and Banana Soup. Dark rum soaked raisins in a decadent chocolate and hazel nut soup. Vanilla bean meringue with a banana custard beinet.
